The problem

Recurring agency work is repetitive, risky, and never standardized.

You don’t need a giant AI transformation. You need one painful, recurring workflow done faster — without creating client risk.

01

Delivery overhead eats your margin

The same reports, briefs, and status updates get rebuilt by hand every week — for every client.

02

Quality drifts between people

Output depends on who did it. Brand voice, SOPs, and client context live in someone’s head.

03

Generic AI tools feel risky

Blank-canvas builders make you wire up agents and prompts. One wrong send in front of a client is too expensive.

How it works

It feels like hiring a team — not configuring software.

Four decisions in your first session. No prompts to write, no agent graphs to wire.

  1. 01

    Pick a template

Choose an outcome-led team. We set up the specialists for you.

  2. 02

    Connect your tools

HubSpot, Drive, Slack, email. Each client stays walled off.

  3. 03

    Set goals & approvals

Say what the team owns and what needs your sign-off.

  4. 04

    Go live

Pilot, review quality and cost, then publish. Watch it run.

Templates

Start with a team built for the work you already sell.

Each pod ships with specialists, safe defaults, and approval rules. Keep the setup or adjust roles in plain language.

Every pod is a team of specialists.

Each role has one clear job and pulls from your connected tools. They work in parallel, then funnel everything through a single gate: your approval. Nothing reaches a client until you say so.

Stay in control

Keep humans in the loop where it counts.

First is built for client work, not demos. The team does the busywork; you keep the judgment.

Approvals where they matter

Auto-run internal drafts; require sign-off on external sends and CRM updates. You choose, per team.

Teach your team

Add your brand guide, SOPs, and approved examples. Test changes, then publish — no surprises in production.

Client-safe by default

Every client is walled off. A team for one account can’t see another client’s files, records, or channels.

A full audit trail

Every task, approval, and send is logged with who, what, and which version produced it.

FAQ

Questions agencies ask first.

Is my clients’ data safe?

Yes. Every client is isolated — one team can’t see another client’s files, records, or channels. Connectors use least-privilege access, data is encrypted, and you control retention. We default to model providers that don’t train on your data.

Does the AI act on its own?

Only where you allow it. You decide what runs automatically (internal drafts) and what needs human sign-off (external sends, CRM updates). Nothing leaves the building without your rules being met.

Do I need to be technical?

No. You pick a template, connect your tools, and set goals and approvals in plain language. There are no prompts to write or agent graphs to wire. Our team can help you launch your first workflow.

How does “teaching” the team work?

You upload your brand guide, SOPs, approved examples, and client facts. The team uses that as its knowledge — you test changes and publish them when they’re right. It’s controlled training, not an AI rewriting itself in production.

Can I self-host?

First launches as a hosted service for the fastest start. Self-hosted and hybrid options for larger or regulated agencies are on the roadmap.
